Alvarado

 

Joseph Alvarado was born in Houston, Texas in 1985 and grew up in First Ward neighborhood. He entered University of Houston in 2004 where he obtained a BS degree in chemistry in 2009. After earning PhD in 2016 at UC-Santa Barbara in the group of Prof. A. Zakarian, he joined Prof. Fesiks' lab at Vanderbilt University as a postdoctoral fellow. In 2018 he accepted position of a Chemistry Team Leader in Center for Therapeutics Discovery at Cleveland Clinic.
